This ambitious project set out to totally redevelop the head office of Crédit Coopératif to HQE standards. The scheme involved demolishing one of the two buildings, and completely rebuilding one of them to enable all floors of the second to be fully upgraded. The main entrance and lobby were re-orientated to face La Défense, rather than Nanterre. This hi-tech project was undertaken and completed in a challenging dense urban environment.
